More than 1 years' working experience in software development
For Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Proficient in Eclipse based programming such as Eclipse platform, RCP, SWT, EMF, GEF, GMF, etc
Proficient in Java, J2EE or C++ programming
Proficient in dynamic web programming such as JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, etc.
Proficient in XML related programming
Good knowledge and skills in model based software development
Good knowledge and skills in RDBMS.
For leader:
The above is basical
Be able to lead a team to deliver a component with high quality and on time.
Ability to take on a brand new issue and solve it.

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
- Master or PhD degree major in Computer Science;
